My shoes have a defect. What can I do?

If you ordered through the Parade website:

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (article L 211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). All guarantees are void in cases of external damage or damage resulting from misuse, improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance by the Customer, as well as in cases of normal product wear and tear.

The CUSTOMER claiming against the legal guarantee of conformity or hidden defects must return the item to PARADE within the legal deadline. Prior to this return, the CUSTOMER must submit a return request to serviceclient@parade-protection.com.

For returns of defective or non-compliant products, after PARADE has determined that the product is defective or non-compliant, PARADE will refund the CUSTOMER for the price of the item(s) in question, the return shipping costs, and, if the entire order is returned, the shipping costs.

Please contact your distributor who will keep you informed of the progress of your claim.
